Give it to Katherine, and she will make modifications to it, then give it back to you with instructions to stand in the backyard and jam the Game Grumps' cell signal.
If you haven't already, collect the Cell Phone Jammer from the Garage (out of sight of both Derek or Madison they will attack you or have Frank attack you, respectively). She will then explain that the hot-air balloon that is bringing the Game Grumps to the show will be passing overhead.Ībout one minute of rum-drinking later, speak with Katherine again and she will consider that, if she had a signal jammer, she could possibly bring the Game Grumps to the party rather than their show (Opportunity Game Jam discovered). Do so through dialogue with her ("Alright, here's to a spandex-free future! *Take a swig of the Rum*"), and she will describe how she and her boyfriend were supposed to be going to Game Grumps Live tonight.
